The restaurant is called LidoLido ( http://www.lidolido.com/ ) and the chef is the legendary Vince Cammerucci! (One Michelin star and I said it all!). So gentlemen I leave town next week of Colorno to venture into the wonderful world of: clean pans, those fish guts, throw the garbage, that shiny bar !!!!!
