While all going on holiday, for me it's time to look for a year, ever since I made the insanity and the Regensburg I distinguished road Ironman (4km Swim , 180 bike and 42km running all in a row!)
I have to say that health he held me and I managed to train well in the last 4 months I did about 80km of swimming (but I could make 8 or 800, I was a brick and bricks remain ..) 4000 km of bike (and here we are) and 600 km of travel (some little) but there you now what's done is done! I think it is already fortunate to be able to overcome these months of training without suffering various injuries or ailments and for that I thank Providence!
But a big thanks to Rosie and the family that I have endured and helped, but also to the friends of the TTB Bocia and who never stopped encouraging me! We will try to repay everyone with a good performance!
