Your doctor in the last few days is being organized for the preparation of the thesis that fearsome to submit in July for the final exam. The thesis topic shall cover the cuisine of the region where you're doing on stage with the description of typical and presentation of a paper with a minimum of ten sheets ... .. bla bla bla! Utter boredom! Being now a fan of my adventures, you know very well that normality is not part of my nature, and then let her do the written essay to mere mortals. I, who am a lunatic, I decided to make a mini documentary about the cuisine of Romagna! I wish it were a sort of "The Blair Witch Project" focused on the food (I just hope not to make the bad end of those guys). Certainly not focus on what will delight you this short film (surprise, surprise!) But I will share the making of. As the first day, I want to tell my day spent in the fish market in Rimini, if you are awake, it will be entirely centered on the fish. All this thanks to that little question in my mind: what better place if not a better fish to make my short? In fact, among restaurants and suppliers of various fishermen teased around the marinas, I managed to make an appointment with the director of the fish market of getting a Rimini allowed to resume the auction and steps! Of course the market does not start before 4, and then after the service at the restaurant (over 1, 40 in the morning!) The time for a shower and steal the camera from my colleague (premise: I do not own camera and my colleague leaves next Monday, how the hell should I do the filming in the coming days, yet I'm asking ...) I found myself at 3 am to roam through hundreds of boxes of fish, fishermen on camera shouting "ITALY UNOOO" and others I ran away convinced that all of the financial police to resume what happens to those poor animals that are caught weighed just water, prices, auction contested by hundreds of people, tested, smelling, tasting, paid and finally shipped to supermarkets, shops and restaurants of almost the entire Adriatic Coast! A fun-filled day

The only downside was that the market is over around 8 o'clock, and I got home destroyed, I knew that I went back to work 4 hours later and the next day (ie today) I would have stayed on the damn stove beauty of 15 hours straight !!!!!
